dude, aren’t you supposed to do it on your forearm muscle? Good try either way. Maybe if you were doing bicep curls everyday you could do it. I hear there’s a deal at Golds Gym this month.

no, no you just dig the bottle into your forearm with that shit all flexed and turn… pop goes the weasel. I’ll post a how to video later on.
I agree Thera, you need to work on your form. Use the soft part of your forearm, push the bottle cap into your forearm, and just twist. I mean, I’ve seen it done before…oh, and make sure you abide by rule #1, ensure the bottle is a twist off.
