I felt the same way — especially when I first started CrossFit. Thank God I was tracking my progress in my Success Journal… because if I only measured my progress by how my jeans were fitting me… I would have quit a long time ago!

I started CrossFit with a big booty. And I’ll probably have a big booty for the rest of my life. That’s just the way it’s gonna be!

  1. See I need a booty, so I’m hoping CF will help me out with that. I just have problems with getting into jeans becasue my legs are getting so tight and muscular. Of course all this big booty talk makes me wanna hear our favorite away game theme song we use to sing on the bus “I like big butts and I can not lie….”

  2. What I want to know is, how is it that you have managed to get that tight CrossFit bod and round CrossFit butt without getting the itty-bitty CrossFit boobs!! When I lose body fat, it comes out of my chest first, which makes me want to eat a box of crispy kremes or go back on birth control pills. What is your secret???

  3. Girl, I DID I have itty bitty CrossFit boobs! So I started Birth Control again! Nate was like, “Why are you starting birth control while I’m deployed??” And I was like, “I want big boobs. And I am that vain to admit it.” and he was like, “Aaah, I see. Do what you need to do, girl.”

    So, that’s the secret!
